BORON CARBIDE EVBC-7 SANDBLASTING NOZZLES WITH  ARMORED JACKET AND 1-1/4″ NPSM THREADS.  ARMORED JACKET PROVIDES GOOD PROTECTION FOR NOZZLE IN TOUGH SITE CONDITIONS. EVBC-7 HAS A  7/16″ BORE , 1″  ENTRY AND  PERFORMANCE INCREASING VENTURI.  THIS TOUGH BLAST CLEANING NOZZLE IS FITTED WITH AN EZ GRIP ARMORED JACKET.  THE BORON CARBIDE LINER WORKS  WITH A WIDE RANGE OF ABRASIVES, INCLUDING ALUMINUM OXIDE.  AGRESSIVE  ABRASIVE MEDIA REMOVES MORE SURFACE CONTAMINENTS AT A FASTER RATE.

Boron carbide, venturi, extra long high performance nozzles are especially useful in blast cleaning applications where large surface areas are being sandblasted cleaned.   Produces higher exit velocity than standard long venturi nozzles. Can be used in wet blasting, slurry blasting, vapor blasting and dry blast cleaning applications.   Our range of high performance nozzles are widely used in the sand blasting industry from Shipyards to rail roads.

NOTE:

Boron carbide nozzles offer excellent wear resistance when used with aggressive media. Use instead of tungsten carbide nozzles when blast cleaning with aluminum oxide or similar media.  As with all nozzles inspect liner each time before use. If cracked or damaged replace immediately with a new nozzle.
