DESCRIPTION:

our lance style Angle nozzle with its small O.D. (1/2″)   is fitted with one SUPER TUNGSTEN carbide lined 1/4″ bore exit port.  this 10″ Long (work length) lance style  nozzle can be used to target abrasive on to walls of narrow cavities with I.D.’s between 0.70″ and 1.15″.  it is  is supplied with 3/4″ nPSM threads to fit a nozzle holder with industry standard 3/4″ female NPSM threads.  our extra tough carbide liner can be USED WITH AGRESSIVE ABRASIVES LIKE ALUMINUM OXIDE.  The evmb-mac4 is a useful tool that can extend into difficult to reach areas  and blast clean inside walls.  If  you need a longer length lance, we offer with 14” or 20″  work length.

ANGLE NOZZLES:

Tungsten Carbide angle nozzles for sandblasting are available with one, two or three exit ports. Generally, the two and three port angle nozzles are used for blast cleaning inside tubes or U-shaped forms, where abrasive can only be aimed at side walls with an angle nozzle. Another area where carbide angle nozzles are useful is in getting behind angles on bridge work. Some jobs may need a combination of nozzles to reach inside tight angles or partially enclosed areas. Angle Nozzles are available with forward shooting exit ports at approx. 45 degrees, sideways shooting at 90 degrees and reverse angle nozzles with a port that shoots abrasive at approx. 135 degrees. Another useful tool for cleaning hard to reach areas is the Banana EVB-CB4-BC6  nozzle. Our curved nozzle is unique, in that it incorporates a single piece curved carbide liner.
