Angle Nozzle UAM-3X1/50 is one of our family of tough tungsten carbide angle nozzles that are a useful to have in your sandblasting tool box. These nozzles are handy for blast cleaning difficult to reach areas such as angles on bridge structures, inside pipes and between steel plates. If you need to blast two or more surfaces at the same time i.e. between plates then look at a two exit nozzle that has exit ports at 180 degrees from each other. If you are blasting inside a pipe then take a look at a angle nozzle with 3 exit ports.
UAM-3X1/50 is fitted with contractor threads that use a compatible nozzle holder. See Everblast’s full range of angle nozzles here.
Liner: Tungsten Carbide
Tungsten Carbide angle nozzles for sandblasting are available with one, two or three exit ports. Generally, the two and three port angle nozzles are used for blast cleaning inside tubes or U-shaped forms, where abrasive can only be aimed at side walls with an angle nozzle. Another area where carbide angle nozzles are useful is in getting behind angles on bridge work. Some jobs may need a combination of nozzles to reach inside tight angles or partially enclosed areas. Angle Nozzles are available with forward shooting exit ports at approx. 45 degrees, sideways shooting at 90 degrees and reverse angle nozzles with a port that shoots abrasive at approx. 135 degrees. Another useful tool for cleaning hard to reach areas is the Curvo Blast nozzle. Our curved nozzle is unique, in that it incorporates a single piece curved carbide liner.
