Description

Short nozzle 3/16″ bore tungsten carbide with 3/4″ NPSM threads.

Short nozzle 3/16″ bore, UT-1,  made from tough tungsten carbide for great wear with a number of abrasives.  Nozzle supplied complete with an armored aluminum jacket that has  3/4″ NPSM threads. Nozzle is supplied complete with a rubber washer to help with providing a good seal between nozzle and abrasive feed hose.  Blast cleaning with aluminum oxide or similar aggressive abrasive then look at our boron carbide range of short nozzles:  UTBC-2 to UTBC-8. 

Short straight bore nozzles are useful for close up blast cleaning of small parts in cabinet style blast cleaning applications or in workshops. The straight bore gives a tight focused abrasive blast pattern that can give focused blasting on small areas.

Cabinet nozzles and inserts are used in blast cleaning of small parts, either in specially designed blasting cabinets or in workshop blast cleaning set ups.   Some nozzle are designed to only work with suction style blast cleaning set ups and others work with both suction and pressure blast cleaning.

Also available plastic jacketed UT series nozzles.
