Description

High performance medium length grit blasting nozzles.

cabinet nozzle ATV-3-BC has a 3/16″ bore. This boron carbide, medium length (4″) higher performance venturi nozzle with an aluminum jacket and 3/4″ npsm threads.  the ATV-3-BC improves on performance of a  # 3 short straight bore boron carbide nozzle by having a venturi design.  This design increases velocity &  productivity.  cabinet nozzle atv-3-BC, with its increased exit velocity can increases cleaning rate when compared with a   #3 short straight bore nozzle.  ATV-3-BC with its improved blast cleaning performance, is a great option.

Applications:

short nozzles are used for close up grit blasting of small parts in cabinet or workshop blast cleaning.  workshop applications include automotive, machine shops, product finishing shops. recommended for use with aluminum oxide type abrasives. if aluminum oxide is not being used we suggest using our atv-3-tc.  this nozzle  is available at a lower cost than boron carbide. atv-3-tc has same specs as the atv-3-bc but uses a tungsten caride liner. boron carbide has a longer wear life across all abrasives, when compared with a nozzle using a tungsten carbide liner.
